Privacy Policy — Fruit Merge

This Privacy Policy explains what information the Fruit Merge mobile game (the "App") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By installing or using the App you agree to the practices described here.

Summary

The App does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any account sign-up. There are no accounts.
Your scores, settings, and progress are stored only on your device.
The App shows advertisements and uses analytics and crash-reporting services. These third-party services automatically collect limited device data (such as an advertising identifier) as described below.
The App can receive push notifications. You can turn these off at any time in your device settings.

Information stored on your device only

The following data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App:

Game scores, best score, and the local leaderboard
Sound and music preferences

Information collected automatically by third-party services

The App uses the following services, which may automatically collect certain device information (for example: device model, operating system version, general region derived from IP address, app version, advertising identifier, and event data such as session length or a crash log). We do not collect this information ourselves; it is processed by the service providers below under their own privacy policies:

Advertising

The App is free and supported by advertising served by Google AdMob. Ad services may use your device's advertising identifier to show ads and to limit how often you see the same ad. Depending on your region and device settings, ads may be personalised or non-personalised.

You can opt out of ad personalisation at any time:

Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID or opt out of ads personalisation.
iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising.

Watching a rewarded advertisement is always optional and only happens when you choose to tap the corresponding button.

Push notifications

The App may request permission to send notifications (for example, occasional reminders or news about the game). Granting this permission is optional, and you can withdraw it at any time in your device's notification settings. To deliver notifications, Firebase Cloud Messaging generates a device token; this token identifies the device installation, not you personally.

Children

The App is a casual game suitable for a general audience and does not require or knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children. Ad serving and analytics are provided by Google services configured through Google Play's family-safety tooling where applicable. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us through the channel listed below so it can be removed.

Data retention and deletion

Data stored on your device is removed when you uninstall the App.
Data collected by the third-party services above is retained according to their published policies. Analytics data is retained by Google for a limited period and crash reports are retained only as long as needed to diagnose problems.
You can reset your advertising identifier at any time in your device settings, which unlinks previously collected ad data from your device.

Security

The App does not transmit or store any personal account data of its own. Data handled by Google's services is protected by the security measures described in their privacy documentation.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, the EEA/UK under GDPR or California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data held about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Because the App itself holds no personal data, such requests generally concern the third-party services listed above, and their policies describe how to exercise these rights. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated policy.
