Delete Your Account & Data

Delete directly in the app

1. Open the Glim app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

This permanently deletes your account and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

• Your account (email, display name, hashed password)
• Learning data and progress (level, goals, XP, streaks, lessons, exercise answers)
• AI conversation history tied to your account
• Your push notification (FCM) token

Deletion is immediate on our servers. Backups, if any, are purged on a rolling basis within 30 days. We may retain minimal records only where required by law.

Can't access the app?

If you can no longer sign in, you can request deletion through the app's store listing contact or the in-app support option. We will verify ownership of the account and delete your data within 30 days.
