This Privacy Policy explains how the Puzzle Pals mobile application (the “App”) handles information. Puzzle Pals is an educational puzzle game for young children, and protecting children's privacy is our priority. In short: the App does not collect or transmit personal data.

1 No Personal Data Collected

The App does not require registration, sign-in, or any account. It does not ask for or collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, location, or any other personal information — from parents or children.

2 On-Device Data Only

• Game progress (such as stars earned, stickers unlocked, and level numbers) is stored only on your device.
• This data is never uploaded to any server and is not accessible to us.
• It is permanently removed when you uninstall the App or clear its data.

3 Works Offline

The App works fully offline — an internet connection is not required to play. The App does not send analytics or usage data to us or to third parties.

4 Voice (Text-to-Speech)

The App uses your device's built-in text-to-speech engine to read letters, numbers, and words aloud. The App does not record audio and does not access the microphone.

5 Notifications

If you enable notifications, the device may receive occasional push messages (e.g., reminders or news about the App) delivered through the standard platform messaging service. Notifications are optional and can be turned off at any time in your device settings. No personal data is required to receive them.

6 No Advertising, No Purchases

The App contains no third-party advertising and offers no in-app purchases. No advertising identifiers are collected or shared.

7 Children's Privacy

Puzzle Pals is designed for young children and is intended to be downloaded and supervised by a parent or legal guardian. Because the App collects no personal information, it does not knowingly collect data from children. It is built to align with children's privacy requirements such as COPPA and the GDPR-K.

8 Data Deletion

Since all data stays on the device, you can remove everything the App has saved by uninstalling it or clearing its storage (Android: Settings → Apps → Puzzle Pals → Storage → Clear data). There is no server-side account or data to delete.

9 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
