Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the Puzzle Pals mobile application (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Puzzle Pals is an educational puzzle app designed for young children. Because the App is intended for use by children, we expect that a parent or legal guardian downloads the App, reviews these Terms, and supervises the child's use. By allowing a child to use the App, you confirm that you are the child's parent or legal guardian and that you accept these Terms on their behalf.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the App on devices that you own or control, for private, non-commercial purposes only.

The App does not require registration, sign-in, or the creation of any account. The App does not ask for names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other personal details.

The App uses your device's built-in text-to-speech engine to speak letters, numbers, and words aloud. The App does not record audio and does not access the device microphone.
All content in the App — including graphics, game design, animations, text, and sounds — is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved.
The App may be updated from time to time to add content, improve performance, or fix issues. Features may be added, changed, or removed without notice. We are under no obligation to provide any particular update or to continue offering the App.
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose as a children's learning game. You must not attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the App or the systems used to deliver it.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.
The App is a play-and-learn aid only. It is not a substitute for formal education, and no specific learning outcome is guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the provider of this App be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
These Terms remain in effect while the App is installed on your device. The license granted to you will terminate automatically if you breach these Terms. You may end these Terms at any time by uninstalling the App.
These Terms may be revised from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when the latest changes were made. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App provider is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
