Delete Your Account & Data

Delete directly in the app

1. Open the SKinGLoe app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

This permanently deletes your account and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

• Your account (name, email, hashed password)
• All scan results and skin metrics (glow score, hydration, texture, redness, tone, etc.)
• Skincare routines and routine activity/streaks
• Saved products and progress history
• Subscription and payment order records held by the app

Skin photos you submit for analysis are processed in real time and are not retained by the AI provider beyond the request; the results stored in your account are removed on deletion. Deletion is immediate on our servers; backups (if any) purge within 30 days. Some payment records may be retained by the payment processor (Razorpay) where required by law.

Can't access the app?

If you can no longer sign in, you can request deletion through the app's store listing contact or the in-app support option. We verify ownership and delete your data within 30 days.
